Dear Cat,

Yes, you are adorable. You know this. You are a brat, mom calls you demon kitty for a reason. You want to sleep against me, that's great. My feet are falling asleep, but I know if I move you'll wake up and meow that pissed off scream at me. How did I teach you that you are Queen Bee? I regret that, oh spoiled one.

Jess

In other life news, somebody sent me flowers. :)

Phones

For the longest time I never got the hype over the iphone. Or even the smartphone. Until a couple months ago....

When I really started playing around. I was HOOKED!! Where did I sign up to get one? Oh my plan upgrade is eligible on December 1st? But that's months away! I want it now! (I had to stop and look in the mirror to make sure I didn't turn into Verucca Salt, rest assured I did not.)

By the time you read this, it may be December 5th, or even January, and yes, I got my phone. Thank you HTC for making the incredible. Which is really incredible. That thing is amazing. I know how funny it seems, but I can check my email at work! I can transfer money out of my savings into checking on my PHONE. (I have a savings account even!) I totally get the whole smartphone thing now. It's one of the bigger phones I've owned size wise, but its the thinnest.

Plus I did always want to update facebook on my phone! And of course the first thing I did was post cat pictures. Before and after pictures of Jack who was in getting a haircut while I was waiting for my phone at the store.

The best thing I learned about shopping for phones, is to shop around before! I was all set to order a droid x on amazon because it was so cheap and not backordered. But a simple check of bestbuy.com, because I had gotten in the habit of looking for no reason, showed that the incredible was part of their Friday promotion, termed by the employees I worked with there as, "Free Phone Fridays." I took myself down there and did a hand held comparison, and found that the droid x was just way too big for my hands. I don't want a two handed phone! So the Incredible it was.

That phone is awesome!

Weekend.

Saturday morning, and I just finished my homework thats due today. YAY. It's been kinda a crazy week this week. New family members being introduced, and family members starting their chemo treatment. And I felt like crap the first couple of days this week. The guys at work thought I had something they could catch and wouldn't get near me. Silly boys, you can't catch being a girl.

I have a bag full of knitting projects I want to tackle today. Including the project I started months ago for a certain little boy before school started and work got busy. I'll have a chance to work on them later today when Matt's changing my oil. I also have a sweater in there I started back in March. The front piece is done, and the back is halfway done. I should finish that someday. Along with losing 20 pounds. The fistfuls of candy corn last night didn't help. I LOVE CANDY CORN.

Midterms finished last week, and the results came in this week. The stupidest thing I might have ever done is think I can tackle a calculus class online. I'm going to consider it good if I get a C in that class. When will I ever need to find the derivative of a number? That's right never. And a chapter in my business statistics book this morning was called "Introduction to Management Science". Science to me was always biology, chemistry, and physics. NOT MANAGEMENT!!

Various pictures and video

Back in February I embarked on knitting a certain kind of sweater. Not a people sweater, but a dog sized one. Now since I don't have a dog, the closest thing turned out to be..

I can't upload it because I am not all that computer savvy, and I have no idea what a .3g2 file is other than quicktime.

Here are some photo previews though...

Hi blogworld, long time no typey!!

Yes, I am pretty sure typey is not a word. This is my blog though, so I'm gonna call it my rules.

I was recently reminded this weekend of the list my father started a while back. It's all the cousins on his side of the family, he has them ranked in order of which he thinks will be getting married soon. Now, this list is a little biased because sources tell me he doesn't quite want me near the top. Which is why a certain cousin of mine shows up five times...:) Also might be the fact that she is five minutes away from engagement. This list is as followed:

1.Heather
2. Heather
3. Heather
4.Heather
5.Heather
6. Jessica (me!)
7.Leah
8.Tiffany
9. The Littles (youngest cousins, not yet ten. I think?)
10. Matt (cousin one, not the one I'm dating)
11. Grant. (Because we're hoping he's not already married! Like he would tell us!)

Matt and I hit the two year mark on Tuesday. Lots of people ask me when we're going to get engaged. Frankly, as nice as it sounds, I really don't think I'm ready yet. Not one bit! I want to finish school first and get a job somewhere! A 40-hour a week job, a job that will give me benefits! AND I WANT 87 MORE CATS.

Did I startle you? I'm not crazy cat lady. Two is enough thank you. Funny how you only learn that when there are three cats!

Now I will play with internet things

Matt celebrating a safe drive home. It really started snowing the minute we hit the city of Flagstaff limits. I think both of us were glad it waited. I hate driving in snow, oh what's that? We're expecting maybe a foot this week? DAMN
My little miss Tabitha the day after we picked her up. She spent the whole night sleeping on Matt's shoulder because apparently I still grind my teeth at night. I say it's because I was having crazy arm pain all night long like I'd hit my funny bone. My body is starting to fall apart which doesn't look good for the future. I already have knees that get painful and fingers that hurt in extreme cold.
And little miss ten minutes ago. The rare time she doesn't have to be next to me. She won't leave my room unless I'm out the door first, she follows me into the bathroom, today in the bath she was even thinking about getting in until she realized it was water! And if I leave her alone in the living room for a minute, heaven forbid you'd think it was the end of the world.

Not pictured due to dead camera batteries: the delicious fudge and cinnamon rolls on my counter top.

Title? Oh yes...

Over Thanksgiving, Matt and I took the opportunity to visit Colorado. I love it there, I just feel home. But I didn't take any of my medication. As the days went on I started getting more and more irrational. I was getting angry at Matt for no reason, and the worst part to me was this constant dizzy feeling. But I was okay enough to be able to pull myself together.

I do too many things spur of the moment. And I do have crazy irrational thoughts. Mostly like starting a fight or whatever. Weird I know.
